For seasoned yoga students, our Advanced classes will be the perfect addition to your home practice. For students who don’t enjoy other yoga classes that have loud, distracting music or too much chit-chat or instruction, Meghan’s calm and grounding Vinyasa and Advanced classes are a welcome change to the student who wants to be able to hear themselves breathe. Our videos are the perfect at-home practice companion and accountability partner.

Created for the sound sensitive viewer who needs a safe and nurturing yoga practice at home without the overstimulation of loud music, excess talking or advertisements. This unique Online Yoga Library from Meghan Donnelly Yoga is professionally sound engineered, and studio recorded "ASMR style"- perfect for the sensitive practitioner. Each video offers minimal cue instruction creating a “less is more” relaxing experience and features nature tracks and calming background audio designed for sensitive ears.
