Men's Yoga Classes
Did you know that Yoga was started BY men FOR men thousands of years ago? In our Yoga for Men series, we will address the most common issues for men including physical injuries, coping with stress at work and home and lack of flexibility. During the videos the practitioner will experience why proper breathing, stretching techniques and yoga poses can be life changing physically, emotionally, and mentally. We will also explore poses that will help one’s golf game, prevent injuries and reduce stress, back and shoulder and neck pain. Our videos are the perfect at-home practice companion and accountability partner.
Created for the sound sensitive viewer who needs a safe and nurturing yoga practice at home without the overstimulation of loud music, excess talking or advertisements.
