Deep Stretch Classes (Yin Yoga)

Our Deep Stretch Classes offer something for yoga students of all ages. Students can use props and modifications to work around injuries and physical limitations and still benefit greatly from Meghan’s safe yoga stretch routines. Designed for any yoga practitioner new to their home yoga practice, Meghan's videos are easy to follow and understand without loud distracting music or too much chit chat or talking.

Meghan's passion for continuing education in Yoga Therapy has led her to specialize in helping athletes, runners and anyone who has physical, mental and/or emotional pain. Her stretch classes emphasize safe alignment, mindfulness, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
Her calm, non-judgmental, and lighthearted style of teaching integrates breathing, meditation, mindfulness, balance, presence, and self-awareness. Viewers at home are encouraged to listen to their bodies, adapt to the postures accordingly, and play with their limits without exceeding them. Her hope is to facilitate students to improve their life by incorporating the life changing principles of yoga and meditation into everyday living. This Online Video Library was created for the sensitive viewer who needs a safe, grounding and nurturing yoga practice at home without the overstimulation of loud music, excess talking or promotions.
