Beginner Yoga Classes
New to yoga? No problem! Our beginner Yoga Classes offer something for yoga students of all ages. Students can use props and modifications to work around injuries and physical limitations and still benefit greatly from these safe yoga routines. Designed for any yoga practitioner new to their home yoga practice, Meghan's videos are easy to follow and understand without loud distracting music or too much chit chat or talking. Meghan's passion for continuing education in Yoga Therapy and Yoga for Trauma has led her to specialize in helping students who have physical, mental and/or emotional pain. Her yoga therapy classes emphasize safe alignment, mindfulness, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
Her calm, non-judgmental, and lighthearted style of teaching integrates breathing, meditation, mindfulness, balance, presence, and self-awareness. Viewers at home are encouraged to listen to their bodies, adapt to the postures accordingly, and play with their limits without exceeding them. Her hope is to facilitate students to improve their life by incorporating the life changing principles of yoga and meditation into everyday living. This Online Video Library was created for the sensitive viewer who needs a safe, grounding and nurturing yoga practice at home without the overstimulation of loud music, excess talking or promotions.
