Meghan's passion for continuing education in Yoga Therapy and Yoga for Trauma has led her to specialize in helping students who have physical, mental and/or emotional pain. Her yoga therapy classes emphasize safe alignment, mindfulness, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
Her calm, non-judgmental, and lighthearted style of teaching integrates breathing, meditation, mindfulness, balance, presence, and self-awareness. Viewers at home are encouraged to listen to their bodies, adapt to the postures accordingly, and play with their limits without exceeding them. Her hope is to facilitate students to improve their life by incorporating the life changing principles of yoga and meditation into everyday living.
