For students who don’t enjoy other yoga classes that have loud distracting music or too much chit-chat or instruction, Meghan’s calm and grounding Vinyasa and Advanced classes are a welcome change to the student who wants to be able to hear themselves breathe. Experienced yoga students will love the challenge and variety of our Advanced classes featuring minimal cues. Our videos are the perfect at-home practice companion and accountability partner.
